After a real receiving system is configured, an enquiry form may collect a name, company name, country, business email, product type, label size, material, quantity, artwork availability, message and reference files voluntarily provided by the user.

3. Why information may be collected

Information may be used to understand a label application, communicate about specifications, discuss quotations or samples, coordinate potential production, and respond to related business questions.

4. Data transmission and storage

No form transmission or server-side form storage is active in the current setup. Before either is enabled, this policy must identify the receiving company, service providers, storage approach, retention period and relevant user rights.
