Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for industrial label enquiries
Practical information for buyers preparing an RFQ. Project-specific details such as MOQ, lead time and material selection are confirmed only after review.
01What information should I include in an RFQ?
Please share the label application, finished size, packaging surface, estimated quantity, required information and any available artwork. If some details are not yet confirmed, identify them as open points for discussion.
02Can JT Supply support labels for fastener packaging?
Yes. Fastener labels are our initial market focus. We can review labels for bags, boxes, kits and cartons carrying part numbers, dimensions, grades, quantities, barcodes, QR codes and buyer branding.
03Can label materials and sizes be customized?
Custom sizes and material requirements can be discussed according to the packaging surface, handling environment and artwork. The final specification is confirmed before quotation or production.
04Can labels be supplied in rolls or sheets?
Roll and sheet requirements can both be discussed. The practical format depends on the label design, quantity and how the labels will be handled or applied.
05How are samples handled?
The sample route is discussed after the application, artwork and specification have been reviewed. Any sample requirement, cost or timing is confirmed for the individual project rather than assumed in advance.
06What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the label construction, printing requirement, quantity and production route. JT Supply confirms these details in the quotation after reviewing the RFQ.
07Can you support repeat orders?
Confirmed artwork and specifications can be retained as a reference for future purchasing discussions, helping reduce ambiguity when the same label is ordered again.
